Experiencia fantástica: Mi chiamo Silvia e insieme a mio marito Ivan abbiamo intrapreso questa avventura in questa struttura. Noi veniamo dalla Sardegna e da circa 10 anni eravamo alla ricerca di una gravidanza. Siamo stati accolti ed accompagnati in questo percorso dalle bravissime Cristina e Elena. E il nostro sogno più grande si è avverato perchè il 24 novembre 2025 è nata la nostra piccola principessa Ginevra.ringraziamo con tutto il cuore tutto il team che ci ha seguito e chiunque abbia contribuito a rendere tale tutto ciò. Non ci sono parole per descrivere il nostro stato d'animo in questo momento. Experiencia negativa: Disappointed with this clinic after spending thousands of pounds on treatment. There was no support when we kept gettIng negative pregnancy tests. Its been over a month since we had a negative test and we haven’t heard from the clinic for a follow up. We have had no communication. Once money has been transferred there is no support, all that money gone for a clinic to not care is a horrible feeling

From our very first appointment, we were struck with their kind, helpful and professional manner and the effort they made to make the process as easy and stress free was exceptional. Even when we returned home, they responded to all our questions and worries so swiftly. We can’t recommend them enough and are eternally grateful that they made our dreams come true.

Experiencia negativa: Estoy viendo demasiadas reclamaciones lastima no lo vi antes, en mi caso espero aunque sea el reembolso de 1600 y no se si lo intentaré en otro lugar. Parece que el éxito que tienen más es en ovodonacion quizás un negocio rentable atrás. Un día vi a un señor que parecía bajado de una patera que estaba llenando papeles mmm quizás sea donante de esperma vamos que estoy decepcionada que miedo poner tus manos en médicos que no te cuidan.

Experiencia negativa: Very poor experience, we had to chase them for weeks for an informe for very overpriced blood exams. Finally, I had to physically go into the clinic and wait for the paper informe because our "assistant" kept telling me that she sent it already via email and that she had a problem with her outbox. She refused my phone calls and stopped replying to my emails, which is what led to me eventually having to go into the clinic and refuse to leave until she issued the informe to which I have legal rights as the patient.

Experiencia fantástica: My partner & I underwent IVF treatment using donor eggs at UR Vistahermosa. We travelled from the UK. Their service and standard of care was absolutely fantastic from start to finish, we got pregnant first go and delivered a healthy baby boy a few days ago! He is perfect and we are so eternally grateful to the team for all their support. We would highly recommend UR Vistahermosa for your fertility treatment! If we were to extend our family in the future we would have no hesitation in returning here. Thank you all so much.

Experiencia fantástica: Had 3 attempts with another hospital and managed to get pregnant on the 1st attempt with this hospital. The service had been outstanding and a whole different experience. Everything done quickly via email, medication went smooth, multi lingual so nothing lost in translation. I have been quite poorly since finding out I am pregnant and an emergency scan was arranged for a nearer hospital so I didn’t have to travel. Luckily everything ok so far. Anusha has gone above and beyond to check up on me and talk to the clinic who are performing my scans. Its good to feel not only did they get me pregnant, they are now helping me with my current situation. Good luck to anyone reading this on their IVF journey and I can honestly say you will be in very good hands at this hospital

Experiencia fantástica: My husband and I are forever thankful for the staff and expertise at UR Visterhermosa. Without them we wouldn’t have been able to grow our family. The IVF process is emotional, demanding and sometimes heartbreaking but the team at the clinic were with us every step of the way (I felt like they wanted to achieve the pregnancy as much as we did). We were not a ‘simple’ case and our third transfer was the lucky one, we explored many extra holistic practices which the clinic were supportive and encouraging of alongside them changing protocols and looking at the wider picture. It felt very much like we were all part of a team working towards a shared goal. No doubt there is an element of luck too but you have to be in it to win it. This clinic will do all they can to get you to the finish line.

Experiencia fantástica: Mon parcours dans la PMA n'a pas été facile, mais j'ai trouvé à l'UR Vistahermosa une équipe qui m'a fait me sentir unique, qui m'a soutenue tout au long du parcours et qui m'a réconfortée dans les moments difficiles. Cela a pris plus de temps que prévu, mais en 2024, ma petite princesse est arrivée. Merci à l'équipe médicale de l'UR Vistahermosa, aux filles du département international, aux infirmières et aux embryologistes pour mon plus beau cadeau. Experiencia negativa: Empatía 0,después del negativo nadie llama para ver como podríamos seguir,trabajan por protocolo y yo misma tengo que decir que pruebas hacerme,la última transferencia y tercera de embriodonación guiada por el doctor Anaya,con la progesterona bien y me hacen pinchar prolutex porque ya me habían hecho pincharme antes de medirla,me picaba unos días antes y sin cultivo me mandaron a transferencia,decidí hacerme un cultivo endometrial por mi cuenta y tngo nk bajas,endometritis y una bacteria,mi beta fué de 2’5 y la enfermera quería que repitiera la beta,algo sin sentido,me deja a esperas con medicación un día y medio y sino llamo ni se acuerda de mi.Poca atención,de que terminas el tratamiento pasan meses y sino llamas pasan de ti. Eso si,de que es para cobrar son los más agradables del mundo. No los aconsejo ni aquí ni por grupos de infertilidad. Arrepentida de 3 tratamientos de embriodonación con ellos,dicen que todo está bien y es cosa de la mala suerte pero no parece que es así y a mis pruebas me remito.

Experiencia negativa: Zero star clinic...you can burn your money there, nothing more. As many have already reported, the moment you transfer money, you go from being treated by an empathetic person to just a number. We burned about 15,000 euros on travel, medication, and the clinic there. The focus here is on money, not the customer - unfortunately, very obvious. All clinics are, of course, a business, but here you feel, see, and experience it. In this regard, they do everything wrong that can be done wrong. The clinic is not what you would expect. It is a small lab and some rooms in a huge public clinic. So just rented rooms... The advertisement for free pick-up service only works as long as it is not on weekends or before/after their working hours... Patient care is below average. Mostly on vacation, sick, or absent, the representative does not get back to you. After the third transfer, it took over a week after the blood test for them to ask what the result was. We had three egg donation transfers, and all were negative. They only performed standard treatments with us and nothing individual. That only happens if you give them the idea yourself. Some plans were so wrong that an independent doctor confirmed that there would have been a life-threatening situation if we had not noticed that the plan and medication doses were wrong. Unlike other clinics, Vistahermosa does not require a vaginal biocenosis test before the transfer. When I asked why, they didn't explain it, they just said that it is not a procedure in this clinic. After my first biochemical pregnancy, my gynecologist (in the city where we live) examined me and it turned out that I had a vaginal infection. The conclusions are clear. Unlike other clinics, Vistahermosa does not provide pictures of the blastocyst. After our complaints, they delivered us the document from the laboratory, but instead of reassuring us, we felt even more concerned and stressed, as the description of the blastocysts differed from what we were told before. They promised us to deliver pictures before our third transfer, but nothing happened. We can only conclude that they had something to hide. Only after intervention is were send a picture. Is it ours? We never will figure out. They are error-resistant, do not admit mistakes, believe they are always right, and do not suggest any solutions. Two stars in the rating because they met partially our needs for the costs of the second and third transfer.

Experiencia fantástica: my wife and i decided to do ivf internationally, we are from america, and we are so happy that we decided on UR Vista Hermosa. every single person on their staff is kind and welcoming from the front desk to the doctors. we met with several doctors and felt comfortable with each one of them and the international coordinators on the team make it an easy process despite being in a different country and speaking a different language! Claudia was our main point of contact on the international team and she was the best. she was thorough and easily accessible when we had a question and made us feel at ease with the whole process, which can be stressful. UR Vista Hermosa does their best to minimize the stress and make sure you are taken care of. overall my wife and i highly recommend this clinic to anyone seeking ivf treatment and look forward to welcoming our new member of the family in April!

Experiencia fantástica: I am so happy with this clinic. The service was excellent and I was fortunate enough to have had my treatment work first time. I didn't feel like I was being sold unnecessary tests that can often happen in clinics, in fact, the Doctor actually advised me not to have a test. I felt the treatment was tailor made and I could easily communicate with all staff if I had any questions/concerns. Even though I was seeking treatment from the UK, they made it very straightforward. I would recommend them!

Experiencia negativa: Empatía con los pacientes por parte del embriológico jefe, nula. Atención posterior por el mal trato recibido por parte del grupo HLA, nula.

Experiencia negativa: No pongo cero porque no me deja , cero profesionalidad y empata. Te reciben muy amables cuando llegas por primera vez , pero una vez pagas , todo cambia , no se molestan en concertar ni una cita para explicarte cuando falta el tratamiento, recibes un correo y listo.Todo muy impersonal y frío, cero preocupación .No lo recomiendo en absoluto , son comerciales 100x 100

Experiencia negativa: Ningún tipo de empatía, el trato de algunos de sus trabajadores deja mucho que desear. Pero pagar, pagas, si no al día siguiente cortan el tratamiento. No hacéis balones, jugáis con las ilusiones de las personas.

Experiencia negativa: Muy decepcionada, sólo les interesa cobrar, una vez que pagas, no se molestan en buscar cual es el motivo por el que el éxito sigue siendo, intento tras intento, del 0%, son tratamientos estándar. Te sacan el dinero y la esperanza de forma descarada. No os dejéis engañar por el precio, es una perdida de tiempo y económica. Tampoco les importa el seguimiento y apoyo del paciente, ni tus ilusiones, les das exactamente igual. Te mandan los resultados fríamente por email, sin explicarte nada, ni citarte en consulta para buscar soluciones, ni apoyarte. El laboratorio trabaja muuuuuuuuy mal y me da mucha desconfianza: vas con 11 ovocitos y luego sólo se pueden fecundar 4... y los fecundados se van muriendo y sigue pagando.... Si quieres volver a intentarlo por enésima vez, primero pagas!...ellos no tienen culpa de nada, el problema lo tienes tú. Aún estoy esperando a que me hagan la devolución de la parte proporcional de no haber finalizado el tratamiento con la implantación.

Si trova in una bella città Alicante che è dotata di aeroporto, taxi e mezzi di trasporto efficienti . L'aspetto umano del personale che ti aiuta durante tutto il percorso rispondendo a qualsiasi dubbio e ti sostiene. La professionalità del personale, nel valutare il caso attentamente, trovando la giusta soluzione

Experiencia fantástica: For years we struggled with IVF clinics in the UK as we thought it would be too difficult to travel to Spain for treatment but when we finally took the decision to try a donor cycle with Vistahermosa, we couldn't believe how easy it was and what a difference there was between standards of treatment in the UK and with them. We now have 2 healthy boys and couldn't be happier with our decision to go with the team at Vistahermosa.

Experiencia negativa: Nada profesional, todo bien hasta que esté todo pagado , un engaño total , me inseron pagar en el mismo día de la transferencia de embriones 700e por analizar embrion y después ninguna información, decepción total , vas a una clínica particular esperar muchas oportunidades y al final un engaño.

Les résultats officiels sont très mauvais en ce qui concerne le don d'ovocytes qui m'intéressait (allez voir leurs chiffres sur le site de la SEF). J'ai essayé de joindre à plusieurs reprises Laura Tari par mail comme indiqué et pas de réponses. Car oui cette clinique n'a pas de vrai département international et a donc délégué cette tache (avec commission et pas gratuitement contrairement à ce qu'on pourrait croire) à Fred de Fertilog, je cite : " Le traitement de la donneuse est inclus, le taxi depuis l’aéroport et toute l’aide et l’accompagnement Fertilog jusqu’à votre grossesse sont également inclus.". Le discours est bien rôdé. Vous voilà prévenues !

Experiencia fantástica: Grâce à fertilog, nous avons pu réaliser notre rêve. Après 4 ans de PMA en France nous nous sommes dirigés vers l'Espagne. Je recommande cette clinique qui est très bien, humaine et familiale. L'équipe est très bien. Un grand merci au docteur Blanes et au docteur Sanchez très à l'écoute et très humaine. Nous sommes très heureux d'avoir notre petit garçon et il se porte à merveille.

Experiencia fantástica: Wir hatten ca. 2 Jahre lang versucht in Deutschland eine künstliche Befruchtung machen zu lassen. Dabei mussten wir auf Gespräche und Untersuchungen jeweils monatelang warten. Unser einziger Ansprechpartner war der AB und wir bekamen trotz Anzahlung einfach keinen konkreten Termin. Als ich dann fast 40 war beschlossen wir ins Ausland zu gehen und das war die aller beste Entscheidung. Vom ersten Gespräch bis zur Geburt unserer Tochter ging es ziemlich genau ein Jahr. Wir hatten durchgängig eine deutschsprachige Betreuerin, die jeder Zeit erreichbar war. Ganz einfach per WhatsApp. Genauso hatten wir eine deutschsprachige Ärztin die von Anfang bis Ende für uns da war. Alle waren immer sehr nett, alles wurde genau erklärt und für alles rundum war auch gesorgt ( z.b. Taxi vom und zum Hotel oder Anruf bei der Apotheke damit die alles bereit halten). Man braucht wirklich kein Spanisch oder englisch zu sprechen. Die Organisation war sehr gut, so dass alles mit unseren Jobs vereinbar war und es gab immer einen Plan für Medikamente und Termine. Deshalb möchten wir uns nochmal herzlich bedanken, von den Ärzten bis zu den Krankenschwestern waren alle wirklich toll.

Experiencia negativa: Dos días para solicitar una cita para una prueba, y a sido imposible, no descuelgan el telefono y cuando te pasan con el departamento nadie descuelga, dejas nota para que te llamen y ni hay respuesta. Con este servicio me busco otro centro.

Experiencia fantástica: From the first day, we were met with understanding, and we really felt that they wanted to help us to have a baby. It is a little scary coming to a strange country, where you don't speak the language and really don´t know how the healthcare system works, but the doctors and the wonderful international team reassured us and showed us we didn't need to be afraid. We never felt that we were some number on a paper, every communication was personal and always with care. It took us a few years until we got our dream come true and as we felt the joy and the truly happiness toward us when we got our little boy earlier this year, we also felt the hurt and disappointment when the treatment didn´t succeed from the staff. They are truly with us in our pain and joy and it is obvious that their only goal is to make dreams come true and are our personal cheerleaders throughout the treatment. We cannot recommend them enough.

Experiencia fantástica: I give this fertility clinic my best recommendations ! From first appointment, their service to me has been perfect. I had some trust issues and I was worried about language misunderstandings (I am from Iceland) but their international service team was awesome. Day and night always on a call - no matter what the issue was. All doctors so professional and had only one agenda: Help us have our baby! Their advice was always the right one, even though at the time I was always a little scared about what I needed. My baby boy was born about 1 year after I started on Vista Hermosa - and I recommend the PTGA test on embryos if you have had miscarriages. I fully trust these doctors and this clinic. Give them 150% my recommendations. Also the girls on the international team. I had surgery on my uterus and IVF with PGTA. All communications where so easy and all my questions always fully answered <3 Love this hopefully I will see them again for round 2 :)

Experiencia fantástica: Excelente equipo. Muy competentes. Recomiendo totalmente la clínica y sus trabajadores. Son muy profesionales, desde la chica que atiende al teléfono y las dudas que te surgen a lo largo de todo el proceso, como l@s enfermer@s que te hacen los análisis quitándome siempre miedos (especial mención se merece Bernardo por lo atento que ha sido siempre) y por supuesto doctores/as. Siempre han tenido una sonrisa todos ellos para mí. Además, de momento, resultado satisfactorio a la primera. Así que… ¡totalmente recomendable!

Experiencia positiva: I only had an initial consultation for ovarian rejuvenation, and later decided to postpone treatment for personal reasons. I genuinely appreciated that, even though they don't have a price list on the website, if you email them they will send you a VERY clear pricing structure for ovarian rejuvenation (which not many clinics have). Overall, I felt this is a clinic where I can trust and would absolutely return shall I decide to continue treatment. I speak Spanish, so dealt with the clinic and doctors in Spanish, however they were very kind to provide a person of the team for assistance when I was having the consultation via video just in case I had issues with the language (I imagine they offer this as a translation service regularly). I'm taking off one star as I think at some point they had some issues in the patient support team and it was difficult to get hold of the representative I was in touch with - they later hired some new people I believe, and the process was much smoother. Overall recommended, I get a very good vibe from this clinic!

Experiencia fantástica: It is scary to travel to another country, where you hardly speak the language, to go to a doctors office, to trust them with this big project and spend a great amount of money. But as soon as we came to Vistahermosa and met the team our worries went away. We felt like we were the only one there (although there is a full clinic every day) and were always greeted so well and felt welcome every time. The doctors explained everything very well and our contact from the international team, Anusha, is now a part of our family after our journey together. We felt good in trusting them and would highly recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: We underwent fertility treatment at UR Vistahermosa and it resulted in the birth of our beautiful daughter. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The international team was just amazing and flawlessly took care of everything for us: logistics (hotel pick ups, etc), medical appointments and follow ups, etc. Even when we were back home in Canada, the team continued to follow the pregnancy closely and answered all our questions and concerns. The facility in beautiful Alicante is modern and our fertility doctor was immensely knowledgeable and compassionate. We didn’t feel nervous at all as she took us through every step of the treatment. Thanks again to the whole team!

Experiencia fantástica: Ich werde für den Rest meines Lebens dafür dankbar sein, dass es Wistahermosa und die tollen Leute, die dort arbeiten, gibt. Ab dem ersten Kontakt bis zum Ende der Behandlung fühlte ich mich sehr gut aufgehoben, ich würde immer wieder gut beraten, jeder Schritt der Behandlung wurde mir erklärt und jede Frage sofort telefonisch oder per Email beantwortet. Alles ist perfekt organisiert, alles hat super geklappt, obwohl ich Tausende von Kilometern weit weg von Alicante wohne. Alles läuft einfach reibungslos. Ich habe mich nie alleine gefühlt, da ich von einer netten und wundervollen Mitarbeiterin der Klinik Namens Anusha, durch die ganze Behandlung begleitet wurde und sogar in meiner Sprache, auf Deutsch. Die Räume der Wistahermosa sind sehr freundlich ausgestattet, alles ist sehr sauber. Ohne Wistahermosa hätte ich jetzt nicht so eine wunderschöne und bezaubernde Tochter. Trotz meines Alters hat es den Ärzten gelungen, die Behandlung erfolgreich durchzuführen. Unser Wunsch nach einem zweiten Kind wurde erfüllt. Wir sind überglücklich, daher Millionen Mal Danke an das gesamte Team. Ich werde Wistahermosa immer wieder loben, sie weiter empfehlen und niemsls vergessen. Ich liebe euch.

Experiencia fantástica: Quiero expresar mi más profundo agradecimiento al equipo que ha estado CUIDANDO (en mayúsculas) de mí en todo el proceso en la UNIDAD DE REPRODUCCIÓN de la Clínica Vistahermosa. A los ginecólogos que me han atendido en diversas consultas (Dr. López y Dr. Anaya), al equipo de enfermería (Bernardo, Adoración, Elisa, Carlota...), a las integrantes de Atención al paciente, a las compañeras de laboratorio de embriología (Ana y Rocío) y al Dr. Burruezo especialista en anestesia y en hacerte sentir serenidad y protección absoluta. Pero principalmente, quiero plasmar una mención especial a la Dra. Valeria Sotelo (ginecóloga y especialista en reproducción), que dirigió mi segundo paso por preservación de la fertilidad y gracias a la cual mi confianza en ella y en este proceso (ligeramente tedioso), se vió inalterable. Su trato cercano, sus explicaciones acerca de qué le va a pasar a tu cuerpo o cómo puede reaccionar y su humanidad, son inmejorables. Considero que con el frenetismo con el que nos desenvolvemos en cualquier profesión, hoy en día es difícil dar con alguien empático, amable, preocupado y seguro de que las cosas van a salir bien. Además de la coordinación en todos los pasos y decisiones que hay que tomar entre los diferentes miembros del equipo. Sin duda, si tuviera que repetir, me pondría en sus manos. Gracias Valeria y compañeros por mimarme y por conseguir que todo haya salido bien y todavía mejor, sin ningún efecto adverso, ni complicación. Espero Dra. Experiencia fantástica: From the first consultation til today we have had the upmost care and support from all the team at UR VistaHermosa. We can’t recommend these amazing people enough. Coming from the UK we didn’t once have any fears of using this clinic in Alicante. The team gave us every support necessary and were on the end of the phone at all times (even out of hours!) They were informative, understanding, caring, kind, knowledgeable and brilliant at what they do. Our minds are blown over the science of IVF and how these incredible people make magic happen. We are lucky enough to have a positive pregnancy so far. We still have a long way to go but either outcome we will always be truly grateful for the love from UR VistaHermosa. By far the best clinic. I felt so comfortable and informed throughout the process, with the opportunity to talk to a doctor whenever I needed. I travelled from the UK and it was a really easy process and a lot quicker and cheaper than UK clinics. I had some bad experiences with clinics in the UK and couldn’t believe the difference in service. I have bouncing boy after one attempt through donation of eggs and sperm. I highly recommend this professional and caring institution.

Experiencia negativa: Como es posible en un sitio donde tienen que ser muy empaticos con las chicas, los dejan solas y sin ninguna información sobre la situación en que se encuentran. No tienen suficiente estrés con el hecho de no poder ser madres??? Que no les pagan directamente no significa que ya no han pagado con sus impuestos de la Seguridad social - las intervenciones no se hacen gratis

Experiencia negativa: Un desastre. Sin duda muy arrepentida por elegirles, en primer lugar por haberme dejado engañar por la clinica, pensando que me hacian un buen precio y para continuar cada vez te ve un medico, te tratan como un numero mas, me daban informacion escasa y a medias, empatia cero, de hecho en las transferencias me tenia que hacer la beta, por mi cuenta con el seguro mio, y llamar para darles el resultado,y en la ultima transferencia ni si quiera se molestaron en llamarme para ver como habia ido todo al no llamarles yo, pasan y punto. Eso me demostró lo que importamos, cuando ya has pagado... pues ya esta todo hecho...

Experiencia negativa: Un completo desastre, 3 intentos en los que no consiguieron nada porque no buscan un tratamiento personalizado, si no que imprimen lo estándar y ahí se acaba tu historia. Este último intento me hiperestimularon (de nuevo e intencionado) y con todos los dolores que ello conlleva no tuve habitación, ni apoyo, ni siquiera me dijeron la realidad. El último intento sin ni siquiera poder hacer la punción porque se les fue de madre y no les dio la gana controlarlo. Me dejaron 2 horas y media sola en un quirófano sin habitación, llorando sin poder estar con mi pareja, me dieron medio vaso de agua y ale vístete y a tu casa. Es lo que pasa cuando crees que el dinero que te dio la seguridad social cae del cielo y no de mis impuestos. No tuve apoyo psicológico de ningún tipo, cada vez que pregunte sobre cómo iba la información era escasa y sacada con cuentagotas. En un momento tan difícil como es el que pasamos todas las mujeres cuando nos sometemos a esto que menos que ser una persona comprensiva. Se salva un enfermero y la chica de la recepción. Gracias por hundirme y tratarme como ganado y no como una persona humana. NUNCA MÁS CON VOSOTROS!

Experiencia fantástica: Siempre he tenido el sueño de ser madre. Me casé con un hombre increíble, el cual lo describo como mi complemento perfecto. Una vez casada, comenzaron a llegarme las clásicas preguntas que hacen a una mujer que recién ha contraído matrimonio:“¿Para cuándo el bebé?” y otros comentarios que al comienzo me sonaban hasta graciosos e inofensivos. Mi marido y yo teníamos planificado tener un bebé, pero a medida que iba pasando el tiempo, no me quedaba embarazada, y es entonces cuando decidimos visitar por primera vez al médico. Después de algunos exámenes médicos me diagnosticaron Síndrome del ovario poliquistico y me derivarón a la clínica de Reproducción Asistida para que estudiaran mi caso. Tras varios tratamientos de fertilidad, transitando un camino con muchos baches pude quedarme embarazada. Quiero agradecer públicamente a todo el equipo de Reproducción Asistida del Hospital de Vistahermosa de Alicante por su atención y dedicación, pero con especial mención a la Dra. Valeria Sotelo. Desde el primer momento que te conocimos nos trasmitistes mucha serenidad y una actitud tranquilizadora. Supistes dar luz a nuestra oscuridad. Fuiste muy paciente y supiste escucharnos y empatizar, dándonos mucha fuerza y energía para no tirar la toalla. No debería de ejercerse la medicina sin implicarse con la dedicación y de la forma incondicional que tú lo haces. Deseo de todo corazón que todo el amor que pones al realizar tu trabajo te sea devuelto por mil. Siempre estarás en nuestro corazón.

Experiencia fantástica: Après 4 ans infructueux de PMA en France j'ai été suivi par Fred, de Fertilog et la clinique. On a pris le temps de faire les examens, les traitements, ils m'ont accompagné de a à z dans ma démarche, v ils m'ont rassuré et soutenu a chaque étape car j'avais très peur d'un nouvel échec. Et quand tous les feux étaient au vert ils m'ont dit de venir! C'était en janvier dernier... Depuis peu Lukas mon fils est né et je suis vraiment sur un nuage. Mon rêve est enfin réalité

Experiencia negativa: Trato horrible, poco profesional. No explican la medicación, ni la abstinencia. En mis ecos aparecían y desaparecían los folículos por arte de magia. Cuando llamabas por dolores tardaban horas en llamarte sin tu expediente delante y la respuesta era súbete tú misma la medicación, después de 5 días de transferencia igual es hiperestimulacion y si no vete a urgencias de tu hospital de referència. Y así muchas más cosas. Yo acabé aquí por la seguridad social pero no recomiendo a nadie que se gaste el dinero para sentirse desamparada en todo.

Experiencia negativa: No perdáis el tiempo, técnicas antiguas, laboratorios antiguos, mi experiencia aquí fue nefasta, iros a especialistas como IVI o IVF SPAIN con (Sergio Rogel) y Alejandra, no os decepcionarán, nos decantamos por IVF SPAIN y se notaba la profesionalidad, las técnicas y laboratorios de 10, fue todo perfecto y trato excepcional. Hicimos traslado de embrion de VISTAHERMOSA URA a IVF SPAIN, y fue un acierto. Espero que mi opinión sirva a los futuros papás y mamás y no caigas en precios o penséis que os costará más barato. Experiencia negativa: Disappointed. I speak Spanish and really wanted to go with a Spanish fertility clinic but whilst they were fantastic through to embryo transfer they were useless afterwards. I had a chemical pregnancy from a donor embryo and their ‘medical advice’ was to keep taking the meds and re-test despite my HCG levels being so low it was clearly an early miscarriage. They promote PgT-A but don’t have enough stock - I was a single white female who didn’t really care that my child looked like my genetic child how hard could that be! I’m not saying don’t use them but definitely ask more questions than I did if you’re older.

Experiencia fantástica: Desde el principio hasta el final del tratamiento, me sentí amparada y cómoda y para ponerle el broche final , aquí estoy esperando a mi bebe de 26 semanas. Muy agradecida.

Experiencia negativa: Hola fui donante de óvulos por tercera vez y la primera y la segunda fue algo normal también tengo que decir que fue hace años la tercera fue hace una semana y fatal muy mal demasiado no eran capaces de ponerse de acuerdo en algunas cosas después la chica súper estúpida luego había un teléfono para cualquier problema o consulta fuera de horario y no podían contestarme estuve llamando toda la noche hasta la madrugada ir fueron incapaces de contestar la medicación que tenía que tomar ni siquiera me la apuntaban en una hoja era todo de palabra y yo debía acordarme de cada cosa después de haber donado tuve algunas consultas que me estaban pasando y preguntaba y claro como ya he donado me dejaban leída en Whatsapp y no contesta van sin importarle si me dolía de verdad si me molestaba o cualquier otra cosa esto no me vuelva a pasar fatal

Experiencia fantástica: I recommend Vistahermosa - it’s a lovely clinic, with lovely staff, in a great place next to the beach that makes you feel like you are on holiday! The pickup from the airport and transfers to the clinic etc are a nice touch. Staff are really responsive too. We had a successful experience - we now have 2 girls via egg donation. One from the fresh cycle and the second from a frozen embryo from the same cycle. We couldn’t be more delighted!

Experiencia negativa: Me and my wife go to this clinic for donor eggs ivf and they tell us we have 7eggs and a few days later we were told we have 4 good quality embryos to transfer so we had written on our acceptance form we would freeze 2 on the day of transfer we were told we only had 2 to transfer and none to freeze as it would have cost us only the price of freezing the remaining two embryos and 800 for another round of donor ivf instead of full price we initially paid which has made me and my wife a bit weary of how genuine this clinic actually is because we agree to freeze eggs and all of a sudden there are no eggs to freeze and this clinic will loose out so much money if every couple wanting this treatment again if they have a failed 1st round of donor egg ivf and have eggs frozen. We are still waiting to hear why it was unsuccessful as we were told the embryos went through rigorous screening to make sure they were good quality. Absolutely does not recommend

I had failed IVF in Canada and IUI treatments that were costing a small fortune and time. Vista Hermosa clinic had the best response time and gave me the best confidence through their doctors, nurses and staff that they would help me through becoming a mother. I am 19 weeks today and having a baby girl! Thank you to Vista Hermosa and all your staff! I'd recommend this clinic to anyone for service, time and cost.
