Experiencia negativa: Είμαι πολύ απογοητευμένος από την όλη διαδικασία. Εχουν περάσει σχεδόν 2 χρόνια που έχουμε Επικοινωνία και από την πρώτη στιγμή δεν ηταν και τόσο καλή. Τη μια υπάρχουν διαθέσιμα και μετά από λίγο καιρό η απάντηση είναι όχι δεν υπάρχουν. Θα δώσει ωάρια η δότρια και τελικά είναι δεσμευμένα και πολλά ακόμα. Τώρα στην αναμονή να μας σταλούν τα ωάρια Δεν μπορεί η υπάλληλος επικοινωνίας να λέει σε ένα τόσο σοβαρό θέμα με τόσα φάρμακα να πέρνει μια γυναίκα δεν έχω καμία ενημέρωση από τον υπεύθυνο για να μπορέσω να σας πω. Και όταν είπαμε ρώτα τον υπεύθυνο να μάθεις…. Ακόμα και σήμερα περιμένουμε απάντηση… έστειλα και στην Εξυπηρέτηση ότι έχω πρόβλημα επικοινωνίας και να ήθελα να μου δώσουν το email ενός υπεύθυνου για ένα σοβαρό ζήτημα και ακόμα και από εκεί περιμένω απάντηση. Μόνο απογοήτευση από τη συνεργασία.. σεβαστείτε το πρόβλημα και τα λεφτά που σας δίνει ένα ζευγάρι και μην σπαταλάτε τον χρόνο τους. Για να έχει φτάσει σε αυτό το στάδιο ο χρόνος παίζει σημαντικό ρόλο και εσείς τον σπαταλάτε χωρίς καμία ενημέρωση.
Experiencia negativa: Chose them for frozen eggs, but since the very beginning, there was an issue with our first choice of donor (why was she even on the list, marked as a good option, if the eggs had not been extracted? Don't all donors go through a set of scans and medical examination prior of being chosen by couples?). We let this slide, as our coordinator from a Romanian clinic came with an explanation that made some sort of sense, but not much, and I had so many other things to deal with. The real blow came when we got the invoice, directly from OvoBank, with an approx 200 € increase, that nobody told us about. Whether it should have been OvoBank to advise us directly, or the Romanian clinic, I couldn't care less, at the end of the day, I'm a paying customer and prior communication would have been appreciated. Now, I'm not telling OvoBank (or any other company) how to run their business and they are more than entitled to increase the price, however informing your customers about this increase it's common-sense, not to mention good practice. What threw me off was how they choose to do busines - you need them, you'll pay the price, simple as that, but let's not forget we're all human beings and even though IVF became such an industry, you can't do business this way, not in a professional manner, at least.

Experiencia negativa: Poor quality eggs. Bought 18 and only one made it to a 3day blastocyst. No warranties. Nothing. They just kept telling me that this has never happened before and to buy new batches with some ridiculous so-called discount. And no it aint the IVF centers' fault. It's their own.
