Ваше мастерство, чуткость, поддержка и оптимизм стали для нас настоящим лучиком света в непростое время. Вы - не просто врач, Вы - настоящий волшебник! Experiencia negativa: Awful. I informed Dr Hugo Benito that I was very scared of doing a biopsy, and that I needed it to be a Friday so that I can rest the next day, and to warn me when it will be so that I can get someone to come with me. I got an appointment on a Tuesday without knowing what it was for, ended up being for a biopsy. Stupidly I trusted that it wasn't a big deal and agreed to do it anyway. It was just me and him in a dark room, no female nurse to be a witness and support me. Remembering the last time he put a speculum in me, I was tense, because the last time he scratched me with it and I had pain for several days afterwards. Today was no different. He shoved the speculum in without lubrication and I could feel it make a scratch inside me. It was stinging and burning and I asked him if it was supposed to be so painful, hoping he would adjust it to ease the pain. In typical male doctor fashion he said "yes you're supposed to feel some pressure" even though I told him I am feeling PAIN, not pressure, and just kept going. He kept scraping my vaginal wall with dry gauze and it was extremely painful, not at all what I had been told it would be like, it felt like someone shoving and yanking a dry tampon. When I winced in pain and had wide panicked eyes he said "I should take a picture so you can see the FUNNY faces you are making!". He took a first biopsy, then mockingly said "did it hurt?" I told him the gauze going in and out is hurting me more. He took a second biopsy, not super painful, but the pain of the speculum kept getting worse. Another gauze, it stung, I wince and groan, he says "girlie, you know it's just a gauze!" as if that made it less painful. I started having a panic attack and crying. He asked me what was wrong and I was in such a panic I was unable to respond, and he just ignored the fact that I was panicking so much that I couldn't speak, he didn't stop, he didn't adjust anything, nothing. I felt alone, mocked, betrayed and like he didn't care at all that he was hurting me. When I was finally able to collect myself enough to respond again I said "It hurts, its burning and stinging" because that's what it felt like, it felt like when someone is touching a rug burn, constantly, getting worse and worse. His response: "No no, it doesn't hurt". He brazenly moved the speculum around like I was a doll without nerve endings, dry and abrasive. Three more rounds of gauze, more pain, more ignoring me, no adjustments to make me more comfortable. When I got home it kept burning, I had to go to the emergency room to have them check me for cuts because the pain was so bad. It's now the next day and it still hurts, I've inspected the area myself and I can see I have a small abrasion and a friction burn, it burns and is starting to itch like when a wound is healing and itching, it's making it uncomfortable to walk and sit. I am traumatised, I don't want to ever get a biopsy again in my life, and I never want to see him again.

La atención doctor paciente sobresaliente: el Dr. Benito se tomó el tiempo de explicar absolutamente todo detalladamente y resolver cada una de mis dudas, me sentí muy tranquila y bien informada después de mi consulta.

Experiencia fantástica: The best, and most successful experience I came to see Dr Bonito for egg freezing. I fully researched and understood the procedure. There are of course things out of their hands, such as how your body will react and how fertile you are, etc. But everything in their power was executed to the highest possible standard (medications, appointments, blood tests, examinations, the day of the surgery, communication, etc) I would highly recommend both Dr Bonito, Manal, and the rest of the team/clinic.

Experiencia negativa: Absolutely awful. My wife and I attended tonight after being given a last minute appointment. The excitement of seeing our baby for the first time was soon taken away from us. After a one a a half hour drive to get to the hospital, we arrived in good time for our appointment. First of all we were sent to the wrong consulting room, before a doctor finally pointed us in the right direction. After 20 minutes of waiting outside the correct consulting room, our doctor left the room. We sat and waited, and waited.Eventually we went back to the reception - the receptionist asked if we were at the right hospital… Then she realised, it was her that booked our appointment. She apologised and said it was okay… After almost an hour of waiting, we were told that we would not be seen. Our first scan, the first sight of our baby, taken away by the mismanagement of appointments. Three hours of driving, an hour of waiting, and then heartbreaking disappointment. They clearly do not care. We will not be returning.

Experiencia fantástica: Muy contenta con todo el equipo de CERAM, especialmente con el Dr. Benito y Joanna. Mi experiencia de vitrificación de ovocitos ha sido muy buena. El trato de todo el personal es estupendo y Joanna te da todas las facilidades del mundo para hacer las citas a pesar de la diferencia de horario.

Experiencia negativa: Warning!!!! I used CERAM hospital for 2 attempts at IVF to get pregnant. From the first consultation, they were very good, and I felt like they were the perfect people to start this journey with, but the minute I paid for the treatment, the service deteriorated very quickly. They kept me waiting for EVERY single appointment, and they very rarely updated me after blood tests or scans. Even after the first attempt, they did not explain they could not fertilise the egg, I constantly asked for updates to be told “the doctor will call you” which he never did. I then went to the hospital out of desperation as the doctor would not call me, and they told me “sorry the doctor is too busy to see you” After a lot of tears and demands, finally the doctor saw me to tell me the IVF had not worked. They explained that I needed to try again and I would probably have a higher chance, so out of desperation I agreed to this. I paid another fee. I told them I was not happy with the communication and they told me it would be a lot better going forwards. It got WORSE AND WORSE…On the second attempt, i got a text message to say I was pregnant, but still no meeting with the doctor. I then started to get quite sick, and begged for an appointment with the doctor but he was too busy, I subsequently lost the pregnancy, and again by text message they told me this news, because the doctor was too busy to call me. This hospital really do need to be more sympathetic and understanding to the a massive emotional rollacoaster this journey is, they do not CARE about their clients, they are not “on call” ready to help when it’s an emergency, they did not show any emotion when it was time to tell me the pregnancy was lost. They are happy to take the fee for the procedure, at this point I had the best service, after this I have to say this was the worst experience ever. I understand it's very possible that this procedure may not work, I was ready for a positive or a negative outcome, this is life, but I was not ready for the way they treated me. I would not want anyone to go through what I have just been through. It’s unacceptable and the last thing anybody should go through at such a sensitive and emotional time. I cannot recommend this hospital after what I have been through.

Experiencia fantástica: Algunas conocidas y amigas me han ido preguntando si conocía de algún centro especializado en fertilidad en Marbella y siempre he recomendado a Ceram por muchos motivos pero principalmente porque es el centro con más trayectoria y experiencia de la Costa del Sol, por los medios técnicos y por los profesionales que trabajan allí.

Experiencia fantástica: Gracias al Dr. Hugo y todo su equipo, hoy tenemos un hijo de 3 años que llegó al primer intento y que no hubiera sido posible sin el gran trabajo que hicieron en su dia para ayudarnos en ello.Tanto el equipo de Admon, con Marta al mando, como el equipo medico que comanda el Dr. Hugo son tan profesionales, que siempre los llevaremos en nuestro corazon, con nuestro hijo como ejemplo de su gran trabajo.

Experiencia negativa: Nos la recomendaron y después de ver a varias clínica decidimos confiar en el doctor. Todavía estoy pensando cómo perdimos un año de nuestra vida, y como contarlo por lo cual, no la recomiendo para nada. Es mi opinión y de mi pareja, pero si tenéis duda iros a otra, es mi recomendación
