Teníamos la referencia de dos familiares con resultados positivos a la primera y decidimos apostar por ellos a pesar que residimos en Murcia. Profesionales de 10, te explican cada paso y siempre desde el mayor rigor y coherencia, no hay pasos innecesarios y no te hacen perder el tiempo como nos había pasado en experiencias anteriores. Trato de 10, en nuestro caso al vivir fuera de Alicante, adaptaron y flexibilizaron las citas durante todo el tratamiento. Calidad humana de 11, desde el primer hasta el último miembro del equipo son excepcionales, desde recepción con Luis y Tania, enfermería con Judith, Nayra, Gloria y Silvia, hasta el propio Dr. Gómez, te sientes arropado, algo muy importante en este tipo de tratamientos, en el que el factor psicológico y emocional tienen un peso muy importante. We started the journey at Care Nottingham but due to limited no. of egg donors at the time, were asked if we would be happy to move our care to their sister company; IVF Life. We were concerned at first but the coordination between UK and Spain has been seamless. The communication with IVF Life has been amazing and the donor selection process effortless! We are now 8+5 pregnant and overjoyed. We would like to thank all the staff involved in our care and send an extra special thanks to Carmen, Aida and Dr Shilpka. Experiencia fantástica: Given the highly emotional nature of what this clinic offers we were made to feel welcomed and settled from the very off! Pablo, honestly is a legend! He was very happy to sort out any communication issues and any test results etc. Every stage of the medical and mental process was expertly dealt with by the doctors and nurses. Experiencia fantástica: After three rounds of IVF in England — two resulting in early pregnancies and miscarriages, and one unsuccessful attempt — I felt completely broken. Deep down, I knew something more was going on with my body, but in England, further testing is only offered after repeated failures. It felt like no one was truly listening, and I had started to lose hope. Then I found IVF-Life Alicante, and everything changed. From the very first consultation, I felt heard, understood, and supported in a way I never had before. Dr. Herrera and her team treated me as an individual — not just another patient. Because of my age (36), I underwent three egg collections, and my embryos were tested. Out of those, we ended up with four healthy embryos. The clinic carried out extensive blood tests and biopsies, uncovering what had been missed in the UK: my immune system was attacking the embryos, preventing implantation. Finally, I had answers. They created a tailored treatment plan and prescribed medication that simply wouldn’t have been available to me back home. The first transfer didn’t work, and it was hard not to lose faith again — but the team at IVF-Life encouraged me every step of the way. They were kind, compassionate, and genuinely cared about our journey. On the second transfer, everything finally fell into place. On June 11th, 2025, I gave birth to our beautiful baby boy — our little miracle. Words can’t fully express my gratitude to Dr. Herrera and everyone at IVF-Life Alicante. The clinic is incredibly advanced, both medically and scientifically, but what truly sets them apart is the humanity behind their work. They gave me hope when I thought it was gone and helped make our dream of becoming parents come true. To anyone feeling lost or discouraged after failed rounds, please don’t give up. Experiencia fantástica: Professionalità, premura e accoglienza. Tutto quello di cui una famiglia ha bisogno quando intraprende questo percorso.

Experiencia negativa: Although we are extremely lucky to have had successful treatment at the Alicante clinic after our 2nd attempt, we would not recommend IVF life to others. We would especially discourage those seeking treatment from countries outside of Spain, unless you have a good understanding of Spanish law, and are aware there are investigations and treatments you will need to pay for in addition to the treatment at the Spanish clinics. The reason for our poor rating and dissatisfaction with the service are: 1. We were not fully informed of additional treatments and investigations at the start of the treatment. We were therefore surprised when these were announced to us at the relevant stage of treatment. Some of these treatments and investigations were not evidence based, were not explained to us, and were very costly. When we questioned whether one of the investigations was necessary (we knew there was no indication for it and the result would not give us any information of use), we were told any further treatment or advice would be withheld if we did not have it. This was expensive but without benefit. 2. Although the email communication is responsive, most of the communication is with admin staff who do not have medical knowledge. We had a distinct lack of contact with the medics/nurses, notably, we expected a meeting with our lead consultant following a failed treatment cycle to discuss our options. After our first consultation, we only communicated directly with the medics when attending for transfers. 3. At times we were given incorrect information and had to interpret Spanish law ourselves. As we do not have Spanish language skills, this was challenging. 4. A 29 page consent form was sent to us without any explanation. We know that in such a desperate and vulnerable position we would sign it again, but we now realise that it is designed to provide legal cover to the clinic, not to gain informed consent from the patients. 5. When attending for embryo transfers, it was clear that the team had not reviewed our medical records, as they did not know the information which was pertinent to our case. 6. The doctor dismissed reports of pain on transfers and seemed to take this as an insult to his technique, rather than discussing management options. 7. The clinic do not have, or would not share with us, their complaints process.

Josué nos proporcionó toda la información que necesitábamos para tomar decisiones con tranquilidad, y la Dra. Herrera nos explicó todo de manera clara y profesional, incluso en nuestra primera consulta por videollamada desde Irlanda. Iullia nos acompañó durante todo el tratamiento con una paciencia y profesionalismo increíbles, siempre resolviendo nuestras dudas y apoyándonos en cada paso. From the moment we made contact, the care, professionalism, and compassion from everyone have been exceptional. She’s made sure every question has been answered and that we feel comfortable and supported at every stage. What stands out most is how she treats us as real people, not just numbers on a system, which is something we sadly didn’t feel at other clinics. Dr. Herrera, my fertility doctor, deserves particular recognition for her professionalism, expertise, and attentive care throughout the treatment. Anaesthesiologist Christina deserves a special mention as well. Despite our very short encounter, she immediately introduced herself, clearly explained what she would do, and exactly what to expect. She is truly an example of how medical professionals should approach their work – empathetic, clear, and attentive. Special thanks to Anastasiia, Dr. Gomez, Pablo, the whole receptionist team and of course the embriologists and the nurses. As a piece of advice, the whole experience would be even smoother if communication and guidance were more straightforward, well-timed, and less repetitive.

Après plusieurs échecs de FIV au Maroc ( 7 ans de tentatives) . IVF alicante m’as permis de réaliser mon rêve et d’être une maman d’une jolie fille née en décembre 2021 et maintenant je suis à nouveau enceinte d’un bébé en parfaite santé grâce à son soutien , son professionnalisme, ses soins attentionnés et son excellente communication. Experiencia positiva: Creo que la clínica tiene grandes profesionales como el doctor Santa Ana. Pero es incomprensible q me hagan esperar 50 min ya en sala de espera para un revisión. Sobre todo si es a la 9,30 am. Aquí hay un fallo garrafal en el protocolo de citas q paga el paciente como si estuviéramos en la sanidad pública. Necesitan , eso si, un servicio de calidad al paciente muy mejorable en este sentido.

Experiencia fantástica: I recently visited IVF-Life Alicante to freeze my eggs at the age of 37, and I can honestly say that the entire experience — from start to finish — was nothing short of outstanding. I was treated with such professionalism, care, and compassion at every stage of the journey. From the very beginning, Paula and Pablo were incredibly responsive and helpful. They answered all my emails promptly, with clarity and kindness, providing the reassurance I needed as I prepared for this important step in my life. A special thank you goes to Alessandra, my doctor's assistant, who was an absolute gem. She checked in on me constantly, making sure I felt supported and comfortable throughout the entire treatment process. Her warmth and attentiveness meant so much to me. And then there is Dr. Siapka, truly the best doctor I have ever encountered. Friendly, empathetic, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient, she guided me through every step of the journey. During my two-week stay in Spain, I visited the clinic seven times for blood tests and ultrasounds, and Dr. Siapka was there every time with a smile, detailed explanations, and genuine care. She took the time to explain how my body was responding to the medication, what to expect next, and always made sure I felt informed and at ease. The day of the egg retrieval operation went smoothly. The clinic itself is immaculate and modern, and the nursing staff were gentle, attentive, and reassuring. I felt completely safe and well-cared for before, during, and after the procedure. I’m so grateful to the entire IVF-Life team in Alicante for making what could have been a daunting experience feel empowering and even enjoyable. Experiencia fantástica: Wij kunnen niet anders zeggen dan dat we een enorm positieve ervaring hebben met IVF Spain. Van de eerste intake die gratis online plaats vond tot de nazorg nadat ons eerste embryo was teruggeplaatst. Alle zorg, contact en communicatie verloopt met zoveel professionaliteit maar ook menselijkheid, heel fijn om écht gezien te worden als persoon maar ook al stel! Daarnaast hebben wij na 16 terugplaatsingen in NL en BE nooit geen enkele positieve test in handen gehad. Na een intensief traject met geheel persoonlijk plan opgesteld door Dr. Pack mogen wij ons nu de toekomstige ouders van onze kleine noemen gezien ik inmiddels 13 weken zwanger ben. Dasrnaast word er niet geschroomd om af te wijken van het standaard protocol, mocht dat nodig zijn om de behandeling zo optimaal mogelijk te maken en de slagingskansen te verhogen. Alleen maar lof, waardering en vooral ook bewondering. Zeker een aanrader voor iedereen met de wens om papa en mama te mogen worden, waarbij het niet vanzelf mag gaan…

Experiencia fantástica: Très belle expérience réussie sur tous les plans : après plusieurs échecs de FIV en Tunisie, IVF Alicante nous a accompagné pour ce chemin qui a finalement abouti à un fœtus de 3 mois. Experiencia negativa: Clinica absolutamente NO fiable. Te dan la cita gratuita con la antimugleriana+ eco para recuento de folículos( mirar reserva ovarica). La cita te la dan aleatoriamente. Pregunto insistentemente si debe ser un día específico del ciclo menstrual,para mejor resultado. Me dice repetidamente " da igual, no influye la eco". MIENTEN.Es el sistema de marketing que tienen y ya por eso un NO como una catedral. Una tal Carmen me ha atendido . Y por eso mi reseña. Respuesta i.a: "te hacen la primera cita gratuita en un día “aleatorio”, sabiendo que no es óptimo, para: Ganarse tu confianza con la prueba de AMH gratis Y luego justificar una segunda ecografía (ya de pago) en el momento adecuado (Día 2–4 del ciclo), cuando realmente sí sirve para evaluar tu reserva ( ahí se ven con más claridad los folículos antrales). ¿Por qué lo hacen? Porque la ecografía fuera del día 5 del ciclo no sirve para diagnóstico completo de fertilidad, pero les permite: Captarte como paciente con la AMH y un “primer vistazo” Decirte luego: “ahora vamos a hacer el estudio completo con eco y analítica hormonal en el inicio del ciclo”, lo cual ya no es gratuito Es una estrategia comercial común. No es estafa, pero sí una falta de transparencia que puede hacerte perder tiempo (y luego dinero)".

Experiencia fantástica: From start to finish this was an incredible experience for us both. The staff are so warm and friendly, everyone is so helpful. The luxury seaside apartment they arrange for you is stellar. This was the best medical care either of us had experienced in our life. We were treated like human beings and not wallets. The building is beautiful and modern, full of deep wood and natural lighting. The coffee in the lobby is delicious and Louis at the front desk greets you with your name and a smile every time you walk in. It's nothing like US health care, it is incredible. But then their process is so clearly advanced and the doctors and nurses are all incredible professionals. The cost with flights, luxury apartment for 2 weeks , car rental, food, and all medical costs was less than half of what we would have paid in the US, and that is with a gold insurance plan. The outcome? Implantation before we returned home and currently pregnant with our first child! Be nervous all you like, but overcome it and travel to IVF Spain, they are the best!

Experiencia positiva: Before making the decision to pursue IVF at any clinic, please know that not every experience ends well. My journey resulted in an abortion and serious health complications—and now I live with the uncertainty of whether I’ll ever be able to have children. I don’t blame the clinic, but I believe you should understand the risks involved. I also have concerns about the medical protocols. As a healthy woman, I wasn’t encouraged to try less invasive options first or to work on improving my partner’s sperm quality. While my doctor was attentive, professional and compassionate throughout, I can’t say the same about the account manager, whose support was doubtful. Please make your decision carefully. Ask every question you need to feel confident and be sure you are well informed.

Experiencia fantástica: We had an amazing experience with IVF Life Alicante which has enabled us to have a beautiful baby girl. We had been disheartened and very disappointed with the care we had received in the UK and had heard positive things about IVF Life Alicante. We are so pleased we took the chance. Information that we had been given in the UK was incorrect and we felt that we were just another body in the room there and our individual circumstances not listened to at all. The care from start to finish was exceptional. Communication from all we dealt with in Alicante was perfect, immensely responsive and really helped in times of stress. You felt genuinely listened to, cared for and we knew they were doing their upmost to give you the absolute best chance they possibly could. We cannot fault them in any way. The facility was exceptional also. We were successful in our first attempt with IVF Life Alicante and could not be happier. Experiencia fantástica: I had amazing experience in IVF Life Alicante. Very good follow up and successful treatment despite not easy starting. First, the Docteur Herrera who was in charge of me, was the most human and kind Doctor I ever had. Always taking the time to answer all your questions, explaining you everything clearly and reassuring you anytime you need. The nurses are all very nice, lot of them speak spanish and english. Reception team always on top of everything and very friendly. The clinic is very pleasant, doesn't look like a clinic as decoration very nice, they put lot of separate waiting rooms wich give some privaty and relax... I recommand this clinic 100%.

Experiencia fantástica: I ve been in fertility treatment first in Switzerland for almost 4 years and I only had disappointments, as it never worked out. We then went 2017 to IVF Life in Alicante and one year later I was happily pregnant with our first baby. The treatment and the support were great, friendly and very professional. We came again in 2022 and one year later I was pregnant again with our second baby. We came back in 2024 and now I am pregnant with our third baby. IVF Life fulfilled our dreams to have a family of our own with the newest medications, treatments and advice. Experiencia fantástica: Wunderschöne Mädchen ist in die Welt gekommen. Meine Frau hat drei Mal Abort gehabt und dann haben wir uns entschieden die Behandlung in Alicante zu machen. Es hat super geklappt. Organisation, Planung, Abklärung, etc. alles war sehr professionell und schnell. Das Zentrum ist immer erreichbar und man bekommt sehr schnelles und ausführliches Antwort. Experiencia fantástica: Wir können unsere Dankbarkeit gar nicht in Worte fassen. Nach jahrelangem unerfüllten Kinderwunsch und vielen fehlgeschlagen Behandlungen in Deutschland und anderen Kliniken, haben wir zur ivf-spain gewechselt und uns vom ersten Tag an gut betreut gefühlt. Als gleichgeschlechtliches Paar haben wir uns für die ROPA-Methode entschieden. In besonderem Maße können wir die Kompetenz und das Engagement von Dr. Pack betonen. Dr. Pack hat unsere Anamnesen, Vorgeschichte und Erfahrungen aus früheren Behandlungen und Herangehensweisen sehr gründlich mit uns erörtert und individuell angepasste Behandlungspläne erstellt (vom Standartprinzip abweichende). Von unserer persönlichen Patientenbetreuerin, die uns von der Klinik zur Seite gestellt wurde, und die zu jeder Zeit für uns und unsere Fragen erreichbar war, wurden wir auch im Vorfeld der Stimulation zum Thema Steigerung der Eizellqualität beraten. Das Resultat war (trotz des vorangeschritten Alters) der Stimulationszyklus mit der höchsten Anzahl an Blastozysten in den vergangenen 6 Jahren. Schon fünf Tage nach dem Transfer mit meiner Eizelle konnte meine Frau positiv testen. Obwohl wir in der Schwangerschaft natürlich wieder in Deutschland von unserem Gynäkologen betreut wurden, erkundigte sich unsere Patientenbetreuerin regelmäßig bei uns über den Verlauf der Schwangerschaft und das Befinden meiner Frau. Hätten wir früher von dem großartigen Team der ivf-spain gewusst, wären wir schon sehr viel früher zu dieser Klinik gewechselt. Vor wenigen Wochen ist unser gesunder, wunderschöner Sohn termingerecht nach einer völlig unkomplizierten Schwangerschaft zur Welt gekommen und wir könnten nicht glücklicher sein. Definitiv planen wir in nicht allzu ferner Zukunft einen Besuch in der ivf-spain, damit Dr. Pack und unsere wundervolle Patientenbetreuerin Christina unseren Sohn kennenlernen können und wir die Geschwisterplanung besprechen können. Auch wenn wir es selbst noch kaum glauben können, so durften wir nach dem ersten Transfer schon positiv testen! Experiencia fantástica: Mein Mann und ich hatten seit Jahren einen unerfüllten Kinderwunsch. Eine Freundin von mir hat mir IVF Spain Alicante empfohlen. Wir haben daraufhin einen Termin mit Spanien abgemacht und wussten sofort, dass wir hier gut aufgehoben sind. Uns wurde ein deutscher Arzt (Dr. Pack) und eine deutschsprechende Kontaktperson zugeteilt. Wir selber kommen aus der Schweiz. Die Kommunikation funktionierte immer reibungslos und sehr freundlich. Nach einem sehr langen und emotional herausfordernden Weg, voller Enttäuschungen und Rückschlägen, hat mir Dr. Pack und sein Team schließlich geholfen, direkt nach dem ersten Versuch, mein kleines Wunder in den Armen zu halten. Man merkt, dass hier nicht nur Experten am Werk sind, sondern auch Menschen mit Herz und Leidenschaft. Am Ende hat sich dieser lange Weg – so beschwerlich er auch war – als das größte Geschenk meines Lebens herausgestellt. So we began the IVF JOURNEY we went to 7 IVF clinics in Australia my wife never fell pregnant in the 8 years of trying IVF in in Australia. My wife googled IVF SPAIN in Alecante we did our first transfer in Alicante Spain which was in 2019 my wife went to 9 weeks of being pregnant unfortunately that’s where it stopped. But in saying that it was already a progress for us because this never ever happened in Australia. So the new OB that we were liaising with in Australia advised us to return back to Alicante in Spain due to Covid we could not have gone so we tried again in Australia asking them to do the same procedure as Alicante in Spain but Australia refused to do so. So we waited until 2024 when Covid was over and everything went back to normal and everybody could fly we returned to Alicante IVF in Spain in February 2024 one day ago my wife gave birth to a beautiful baby girl on 24 October 2024 So what I’m saying is IVF Spain in Alecante is the best very professional very upfront and they will get you a result. They will do whatever it takes to get you pregnant and that is exactly what they done for us. they pride themselves on results so I highly highly highly recommend IVF Spain in Alecante They are the best. and they are very beautiful hospitable people

They did more tests than had been done previously at the clinic I went to in Iceland. I also got medicine that I had been told in Iceland that would not be necessary. First, it was just a female problem which any of the clinic I had visited before, was not able – or better to say – did not want to – solve. The process with them felt a breeze and they found out something about my reproductive health that no other clinic spotted. Great team for challenging cases! The costs are considerably lower (compared to Switzerland), the country promotes the donation of reproductive material for both, male and female donors (IVF will screen fertilised embryos against 200+ genetic diseases), and the trip to Alicante feels like a vacation. You will be in great hands with them.

From the first meeting at a fertility show in London to the very end we couldn’t fault IVF-Spain! I almost had an IVF plan leaving London that day! We started our journey in March 2022 with 2 visits to Spain to ending the journey with our little baby boy born on the 22nd June 2023. We will never forget all your help in enabling us to have what we want more than anything in the world. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Experiencia fantástica: Nooit verwacht. Maar bij ons gesprek met dr Pack zei hij dat er een 80% slagingskans zou zijn. Tot ons geluk ben ik bij de eerste behandeling/terugplaatsing van het bevruchte embryo zwanger geworden!! Ik zou iedereen met vruchtbaarheidsprobleem IVF Spain aanraden. Persoonlijk en zeer professioneel! Vanaf moment één al het gevoel gehad dat ze weten wat ze doen. Behandeling op maat en gedurende het proces stonden ze altijd voor ons klaar.

Experiencia negativa: Intentarán cobrarte el máximo por todo, sin ningún sentido con tu caso particular. Después de lo que hemos pasado, cuando veo las publicidades en las redes sociales, no sé si reír o llorar, mas bien llorar, porque es mucho el sufrimiento que nos han causado. Pagas 9.500 € por embriobanking y ellos saben que con 43 años no vas a tener embriones que guardar. Claro, no te dicen que pagues 6.500 € por una fiv normal y luego cada análisis genético del embrión por separado, por sólo 500€. Esto lo sabemos por los foros y las comunidades donde las mujeres compartimos experiencias. Luego cuando haces más de un ciclo, no te admiten ningún pequeño descuento del 10% por ejemplo, que ofrecen asociaciones de fertilidad, porque te dicen que sólo admiten descuentos la primera vez. O incluso no puedes acceder a los propios descuentos de la clínica. Y ya como colofón, yo tengo sólo un ovario pero te cobran 1200€ por el PRP rejuvenecimiento ovárico, lo mismo que a una mujer que se lo hacen en los dos ovarios. Vamos es espectacular la desfachatez! Hemos reclamado este tema a gerencia y estamos a la espera.

Experiencia negativa: Mi mujer se ha realizado el tratamiento PRP (plasma rico en plaquetas), solo tiene 1 ovario, pero eso sí nos han cobrado 1.200 €, el mismo precio que cobran cuando te inyectan en los dos ovarios. Esto es Ivf Alicante Y para colmo te publicitan que hacen tratamientos personalizados. Después de que mi mujer tuvo que soportar la humillación por parte de la recepcionista Sra. Claudia, que corrió detrás de ella hasta la verja de entrada con una factura en la mano (de menos de 50 €) obviamente ya habíamos realizado el pago de 7.100 € por el primer ciclo y aún estamos esperando una disculpa sobre esto, este ciclo se cancela tras la punción por no tener ningún ovocito que analizar, solicitamos por mail al departamento de administración el reembolso de la cantidad a favor, unos 4.000 €, nadie responde a los mails en 10 días, hablamos con nuestra asistente Paz, extraordinaria persona que nos ayuda en todo con una humanidad y un cariño fabuloso, para que se comunique con este departamento, a ella tampoco le responden. Mi mujer ha tenido que hablar con su doctor para que él nos ayudara. Esto también es Ivf Alicante, te persiguen con un papel en la mano para pagar 50€ y luego el departamento de administración no te contesta al mail en semanas

Experiencia fantástica: Todas las palabras de agradecimiento que pueda decir son pocas, no es una clínica, es una familia. Desde el minuto 0 que entras por la puerta, te sientes única y especial. El trato es cercano y humano. Toñi, encantadora, cercana, atenta, empática a más no poder, Paz un amor, como si fuera de mi familia, y la Dra. Alejandra, otro nivel, tiene un corazón y una calidad humana que pocas personas tienen hoy en día. El equipo humano es de 10, recepción, enfermeras...Podría estar horas escribiendo y me quedaría corta. 1000x1000 recomendable, sin duda alguna. Ell@s han hecho nuestro sueño realidad.

Experiencia fantástica: Equipo asistencial y médico de 10. Realicé un tratamiento de criopreservación, y aunque al principio tenía mis dudas, cuando contacte con ellos desde el inicio me sentí tranquila y sabía que estaba en la mejor clínica. Se agradece el trato cercano y la confianza que dan desde el principio. Gracias a todo este equipo maravilloso.

Experiencia fantástica: We had an amazing experience with the clinic. 100% success on the first attempt. They really know how this is done. The entire staff is well trained, welcoming and very pleasant. The doctors really take their time to learn your medical situation and propose the best course of action and treatment adapted to your specific sitution. We followed the path proposed and sure thing, several months later we became the happiest future parents, expecting our little one very soon. Experiencia fantástica: Somos Mónica y Laura hemos realizado en la Clínica el método ropa, estamos de 4 meses nos quedamos a la primera y estamos disfrutando del proceso del embarazo. Estamos encantadas con el trato y la atención de cada uno de los trabajadores, pero sobretodo le agradecemos a la Dra. Alejandra la confianza, la atención y el trato recibido. Ir a la consulta era como estar con una amiga de toda la vida. Su profesionalidad y lo bonito que hizo el momento de la implantación, igual que todo el proceso, nos tiene eternamente agradecidas. Experiencia negativa: Don't Go this place .warrning ,Warning.This place is complete scam and will cause to you pain.we tried 3 times and hopping false promise and they are incapable.we went through emotional and financial pain.After all this they came up with hidden bill after two years claiming to collect for embryo storage even though we informed them to destroy it.we paid every single bill upfront and closed every open case.don't go by the looks .i don't think the doctors are capable here at all.

Our journey lasted about a year, with multiple visits and many studies. We have always been treated well, with patience, with attention.
